  The core mould vibration tube making process is a relatively advanced process in the tube making industry, especially the production of large diameter and extra-large diameter tube has irreplaceable advantages of other processes.Mechanization degree is relatively high, high efficiency, environmental protection and other advantages by the majority of users.
  The equipment is mainly composed of rolling press, cross beam bearing internal mould, main vibrator, hydraulic system, electric control system, internal and external mould and other accessories.
Basic working principle:
  The molding machine is located underground for vertical production. The whole inner core mold and the whole outer core mold are combined to form a closed structure. The vibration energy used for compaction comes from the large excitation force of the whole central vibrator, which is fixed on the inner core mold through mechanical expansion block and can achieve rapid mold change.The central vibrator sends out a strong exciting force, which is transmitted in all directions through the inner mold. The concrete liquefies and discharges air under the strong exciting force.Free-flowing concrete fills gaps between each other, so the structure is compact and the concrete is strong.
