Basic working principle:
 
With the rotating movement of the main shaft of the pipe machine, the concrete pipe is produced by squeezing the hard and dry concrete with the extrusion head.The main shaft of the pipe machine drives the extrusion head into the pipe mould for rotating movement, and throws the dry hard concrete into the inner wall of the pipe mould. The double layer extrusion head rotates in the opposite direction, and the concrete is compacted and polished at the same time, and gradually forms the pipe wall with the lifting of the main shaft.The whole production process is controlled by computer program. It only needs one key to start up.Each specification can be assembled at the same time two sets of mold, through the conversion plate, alternating use, high production efficiency..
