Components and functions:
The main machine of the equipment mainly includes: mould bearing cross beam, rolling press, automatic cloth machine, main vibrator, hydraulic system, electric control system, internal and external mould and other accessories.
Basic working principle:
The main molding machine is located underground for vertical production. The steel mold is a closed structure formed by the combination of the integral inner mold and the integral outer core mold.The vibrational energy used for compaction comes from the central vibrator of the large excitation force.The central vibrator is locked in the inner core mold through mechanical expansion block. Under the action of strong exciting force, the concrete gradually liquefies and flows freely, and fills the gap with each other. Therefore, the product structure is dense and the concrete strength is high.The exciting force can be arbitrarily adjusted with the size of the pipe.
